Graphic 45 Nutcracker paper

Hi everyone! This week I have been making cards with the beautiful Graphic 45 Nutcracker Sweet paper pack I bought at the craft fair.

Graphic 45 Nutcracker Sweet paper

I know it’s the height of summer and we are having a fabulous week of lovely sunshine, but again I have been making Christmas cards!

Pink ballerina card

This is a particularly girly one with pretty ballet shoes in the background, vintage candy-themed paper and a very elegant Nutcracker ballerina. All I did was add a few pink gems to this card to let the papers stand out (they are so lovely!).

Blue snowflake card

For this card I used the same design with 3 layers of angled paper, and instead of gems I used glue and glitter to outline the image. This was a messy undertaking and there is still glitter in the carpet, but I feel the results were worth it.

Purple gingerbread card

For the last card I wanted to use some of the deeper coloured paper in the pack, so I went for this vibrant purple gingerbread themed paper. I cut out a few elements from another sheet (the border, postcard and gingerbread topper) and used a heart pin from my new pinwheel to make it look like the paper had been pinned on.

Pinwheel

And here’s the pinwheel. Only £1, and lots of pretty colours to use!
