Stampin’ Up Birthday Bouquet Cards

Hi everyone,

Over the weekend I have been crafting with the Stampin’ Up Birthday Bouquet papers. I’ve made a set of five co-ordinating A6 cards, sort of by accident – I had the floral and turquoise papers out on my desk and they just needed using up, so I kept going with cards until I’d used all the bits!

For this card I’ve also used Stampin’ Up Pool Party glitter ribbon and a flower built up with Cuttlebug flower dies. It’s hard to see in the pic but the background confetti effect on the cream card is using the Stampin’ Up Softly Falling embossing folder.

In this card the cute little ‘happy birthday’ sentiment is from a Craftwork Cards stamp set.

This one uses the build a bird punch from Stampin’ Up and the ‘thanks’ sentiment is from the Stampin’ Up Silhouettes and Script stamp set.

Goes to show that you can get a lot of cards out of one 12×12 piece of paper and some turquoise A4!

Fab cards..I’m actually going to be running a 12×12 class soon…in pintrest you can find lots of templates on how to cut up a 12×12 paper for a cardmaking challenge…think I got 20 cards from my last piece it’d really fun

Hiya, lovely makes, you definitely got value out of that piece of cardstock. Got to be honest sometimes I get sick of seeing the same old floral designs in the shops, but I think your ideas breath new life into them, and make the end result stand out a lot more. I especially love that build a bird punch thing.
