Alternative Ways To Use The Bird Garden Planner StickersHello!
It’s Shabneez here! I hope you have been enjoying reading the recent blog posts by my fellow DT members – I know I have!
I absolutely love the new release Bird Garden Planner Sticker range which I have had a lot of fun using in my planner. It got me thinking, as I am so frugal with using my craft products, that there was a lot I could do with the ones I had to spare.
I decided to make a gift set which I think anybody would love to receive in the post, especially as we can’t currently see all our loved ones at the same time!
The first item I made for set was this card. I used the Sticker Kitten Bird Garden Full Box Sheet for this and adhered four of the rectangle shaped stickers on to black cardstock to give to make them pop. I then die cut ‘thanks’ from black and white card stock and adhered to the top. I chose a pastel yellow card blank to adhere the topper to.
When you get post aren’t you drawn to any envelopes that are a different colour to the norm or that are decorated? I know I am and so I thought it would be a lovely for the recipient to get a decorated envelope containing their gift.
This time I opted for a black envelope. I die cut a rectangle in white to make it easier to write on and added the Bird Garden Deco Stickers as well as a Bird Garden Washi Sticker.
I hope you’ll agree that it’s a very pretty gift set and easy to create once you know how!
Until next time, happy crafting!
