Succulent CAS Christmas Cardsby ShabneezDecember 15, 2020 |

Happy Holidays to you all!

Are you ready for Christmas? Cards all made? I’m behind as ever with my Christmas cards but I am batch making some clean and simple ones which I thought I’d share with you.

Clean and simple cards usually mean that you have a lot of clear space on your card. I am a fan of these as although they take me longer to think of, they are quick and easy to make – perfect for batch making.

I must admit I would get very bored making many of the same card so I have made all mine slightly different. For my first card I cut out a heart from the Succulents Paper Pad and another strip for the bottom of my card. I used the computer to create my sentiments and opted for puns for all of them, after all, we could all do with a smile at the moment! I added glitter to the ephemera and stamped and coloured in a Santa hat to finish.

For my second card I added glitter and a santa hat to the ephemera. This time I added glitter washi tape to my card as I always associate a little bling with this time of year. I used some paper from the Celestial Paper Pad and used foam pads to stick the image on.

For my final card I used a stencil with some distress oxide ink gently blended through part of it. I added my succent with his santa hat on and the final of my puns. All the santa hats were coloured using my Chameleon pens.

Wishing you all the best for the holday season,

Shabneez
